
Wu Manqing, born in Tongcheng, Anhui, is the Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE). He is an expert in radar technology and network information systems, and a pioneer and leader in China's digital array radar theory and technology system. He has independently innovated digital array technology, and promoted the continuous innovation of radar systems, as well as the development and application of network information systems and related technologies. He has won two first prizes and two second prizes in the National Science and Technology Progress Award.
